How to place an order online

Followthese simple steps:

1. Search your desired Product. From the list of Search Result page select any product and press + on red bar to increase its quantity or just press add to basket button.
1. Now the page will refresh and your product with desired quantity is automatically added to your 
2. shopping basket/cart.
3.  Repeat the same above process to add another product to your shopping cart.
4. For Check Out, Go to My Cart on top right of the page for Check Out procedure.
2. Now you are at your shopping basket, please Check and make sure your selected items, total amount, quantity and if everything is fine,  Press PROCEED TO CHECK OUT
3. Now you are at checkout page
1. Enter your valid details and tell us where you would like us to deliver your selected Items.
2. Select shipping method
3. Select payment method
4. Final Review of your Invoice with all the details you just selected/mentioned
4. Once you place your order we will call you just to make sure we got everything right and upon your confirmation we ll send you an email of thanks which ensures that your order is in processing now.

And you are done! We will deliver your Order at your doorstep!

All orders above Rs 4,000/- qualify for FREE DELIVERY. Orders below this amount will be required to pay a flat rate of Rs 150 as a shipping cost.

How to Place an Order on Phone

If you are not comfortable ordering online, we encourage you to place it via a single phone call.

1. Call our Customer Support team and tell them about the products you are willing to purchase.
2. You shall be asked to provide valid details like your Contact number and product delivery address.
3. Our Customer Support team will inform you about the total amount you’ll have to pay and the expected delivery time to deliver the product.

How to Place an Order on WhatsApp/Fb or other Social Media Tools

If you are not comfortable ordering online, we encourage you to place it via any Social Media Tool we are on (The Details of Social Media Tools is available on our website)

1. Send a Text to us via Facebook messenger or WhatsApp or Viber; with all the details of items you need with a valid delivery address.
2. We will contact you via same social tool you sent us a text and will confirm all the details you mentioned.
3. After Order confirmation we will inform you about the total amount you’ll have to pay and the expected delivery time to deliver the product.

There you go! Your order has been placed. Enjoy!

 

How to Buy Using a Credit Card

1. Once you login to your account, Follow the steps mentioned above under HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE and go to CheckOut page and select Online Credit Card in Payment Method.
2. Here you will be asked your Credit Card details, Put them in and confirm what you have entered is correct and press Continue.
3. Now you are being redirected to HBL IPG and their secure payment website. Please follow the steps mentioned there and we ll automatically receive a payment confirmation from them once you complete all the steps there.

 

That’s it! Your order is placed.
